Introduction to R and R-Studio

This course gives an introduction to R and R-studio.

Literature Review 2: Summer 2023

This course will give guidance in how to do literature reviews. Literature reviews are essential for establishing how to direct future efforts.  

Spreadsheets and Data Analysis

This covers a set of 24 topics in data analysis. It begins with basics and proceeds to advanced areas. 

Requirements: a computer with either LibreOffice (preferred) or MS Office. For the advanced topics you will need to install R (first) and R-studio. 

R and R-studio: From Beginning through Structure Based Cheminformatics

This will give you a structured introduction to R and R-Studio. It will finish with using R to carry out some cheminformatics. 

It is helpful, but not a requirement, to have some programming and/or scripting experience.

Requirements: Access to a computer with the ability to install programmes.
